We are seeking a Supply Chain Manager to oversee and enhance our supply chain operations in Stoke-on-Trent. The ideal candidate will bring a wealth of experience in logistics, procurement, and inventory management, ensuring that our supply chain runs smoothly and efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Develop metrics to measure supply chain performance and implement corrective actions as necessary.
• Manage project initiatives related to supply chain enhancements and sustainability efforts.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement among supply chain staff.
• Engage in risk management by identifying potential issues within the supply chain.
• Present supply chain strategies and outcomes to executive leadership.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
• Master's degree in Supply Chain Management or related field is preferred

Experience

• 7+ years of experience in supply chain and logistics management

Technical Skills

• Inventory Management Systems
• Logistics Coordination

Soft Skills

• Negotiation
• Critical Thinking

Certifications

• Chartered Institute of Purchasing and Supply (CIPS)
• APICS Certified in Planning and Inventory Management (CPIM)

Languages

• English: Fluent
