Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Project Manager to lead key projects in Reading. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing complex projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget. You will be the driving force behind our project initiatives, working closely with cross-functional teams to achieve our strategic objectives.

Responsibilities

  • Establish project timelines and coordinate with various departments.
  • Ensure all project-related documentation is properly maintained.
  • Conduct performance reviews and provide feedback to team members.
  • Negotiate contracts with third-party vendors and contractors.
  • Drive continuous improvement in project processes and methodologies.
  • Engage stakeholders and keep them informed throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Utilise project management software to track project progress and updates.

Requirements

Education
  • Master's degree in Project Management or related field
  • PMP certification required

  • 7+ years of experience in managing complex projects
