Responsibilities

• Set up and adjust machines based on production requirements.
• Follow all safety protocols while operating machinery.
• Assist in training new employees on machine operation and safety procedures.
• Experiment with different methods to optimize production efficiency.
• Engage in cross-training to work in different areas of the production line as needed.

Experience

• Experience with other types of sewing machines is beneficial.
