Job Description

We are seeking a passionate Fundraising Manager to lead our fundraising initiatives in Bristol. The ideal candidate will develop and execute fundraising strategies to increase revenue for our non-profit activities, engaging with donors and stakeholders effectively.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and train fundraising staff and volunteers.
  • Develop promotional materials and digital campaigns for fundraising.
  • Engage with the community through presentations and networking events.
  • Conduct research on potential funding sources and trends in the non-profit sector.
  • Stay informed about industry best practices in fundraising.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing or Public Relations
  • Master's degree in Non-Profit Management is a plus
Experience
  • 4+ years of experience in non-profit fundraising or related area
