Job Description

We are in search of a dedicated Training Coordinator to oversee the planning and implementation of educational training programs at Kingswood. The role requires strong communication skills, an understanding of educational best practices, and the ability to collaborate with various stakeholders to enhance student learning experiences.

Responsibilities

  • Design engaging and interactive training programmes tailored to diverse learning styles.
  • Analyse training needs and create action plans to address gaps.
  • Provide support and guidance to trainers throughout the implementation process.
  • Facilitate workshops and discussions to foster a culture of continuous learning.
  • Evaluate training effectiveness through assessments and participant feedback.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of educational trends and best practices.
  • Utilise technology and online platforms for training delivery.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate training into broader educational strategies.
  • Communicate regularly with stakeholders regarding training updates and insights.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field
  • Master's degree in Education or Training is preferred
Experience
  • 3+ years in educational training or coordination roles
