Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Construction Manager to oversee construction activities in Bristol. This role requires strong leadership skills, project management experience, and a commitment to safety and quality.

Responsibilities

  • Lead project meetings to discuss progress, resolve issues, and plan next steps.
  • Ensure all construction activities conform to local building codes and safety regulations.
  • Monitor and manage project financials, including invoicing and budget reports.
  • Collaborate with project stakeholders to define project goals and deliverables.
  • Evaluate and select subcontractors and suppliers based on project needs.
  • Conduct risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies as needed.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field
  • Master's degree is an advantage
Experience
  • 5+ years of experience in a similar role in construction projects
