We are seeking a dedicated Construction Manager to oversee construction activities in Bristol. This role requires strong leadership skills, project management experience, and a commitment to safety and quality.
Responsibilities
Lead project meetings to discuss progress, resolve issues, and plan next steps.
Ensure all construction activities conform to local building codes and safety regulations.
Monitor and manage project financials, including invoicing and budget reports.
Collaborate with project stakeholders to define project goals and deliverables.
Evaluate and select subcontractors and suppliers based on project needs.
Conduct risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies as needed.
Requirements
Education
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field
Master's degree is an advantage

5+ years of experience in a similar role in construction projects
