Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Service Station Manager to oversee the operations of our service station. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a team, ensuring excellent customer service, maintaining inventory, and optimizing sales. This role requires strong leadership skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Responsibilities

  • Supervise and lead a team of cashiers and maintenance staff.
  • Implement health and safety standards and ensure staff compliance.
  • Drive operational improvements while maintaining cost efficiency.
  • Utilise feedback to improve customer service and operational procedures.

Requirements

Education
  • Previous experience in a supervisory role is advantageous
Experience
  • At least 2 years of experience in a managerial position is required.
Technical Skills
  • Cash management
