Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Supply Chain Manager to oversee and optimise our supply chain operations in Southampton. The ideal candidate will lead initiatives to improve efficiency and reduce costs while ensuring high service quality.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee the procurement process, ensuring compliant and timely purchasing.
  • Ensure compliance with industry regulations and standards.
  • Lead a team of supply chain professionals, providing guidance and support.
  • Facilitate training and development for team members.
  • Manage budgets and cost control measures within supply chain operations.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in relevant field
  • Master's degree in Supply Chain Management is a plus
Experience
  • 5+ years of experience in a managerial role within supply chain.
