Job Description

We are seeking a motivated Legal Assistant to join our Liverpool office. The ideal candidate will assist solicitors in managing cases and performing essential administrative tasks. This role offers an exciting opportunity to support the legal team and grow your career in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

  • Provide assistance to solicitors in preparing for trials and hearings.
  • Utilise legal software to manage case files efficiently.
  • Help in the creation of case summaries and legal summaries.
  • Attend court hearings and take notes as needed.
  • Maintain a calendar of important dates and deadlines.
  • Ensure compliance with legal procedures and standards.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Law or similar
  • Experience in a legal setting is preferred
Experience
  • 2+ years of experience in legal documentation or administrative support

Certifications
  • CILEx Level 3 Certificate in Law and Practice
