We are seeking a skilled Electric Accounting Machine Operator (EAM Operator) to join our dynamic accounting team. The successful candidate will operate and maintain electric accounting machines, ensuring accuracy in various accounting and bookkeeping tasks. Responsibilities

• Conduct data entry into electric accounting machines with precision.
• Generate and review financial reports and statements for accuracy and compliance.
• Collaborate closely with the accounting team to resolve discrepancies.
• Assist in managing the accounting workflow to enhance efficiency.
• Participate in training sessions to improve office operations.
• Stay updated on new accounting machine technologies and enhancements.
• Perform month-end closures by ensuring all financial data is entered correctly.
• Document and report any technology issues to the IT department.
• Support ongoing inventory management of accounting materials and supplies.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent qualification
• Certification in bookkeeping or accounting will be advantageous

Experience

• Experience in bookkeeping or general accounting tasks is a plus.
