We are looking for an experienced HR Policy Specialist to join our team in Sheffield. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in developing and implementing HR policies that support our organizational goals and promote a positive workplace culture.

Job Responsibilities
  • Review existing HR policies to ensure compliance with current regulations.
  • Work with employees to address policy-related concerns and feedback.
  • Assist in the development of employee handbooks and policy documents.
  • Facilitate workshops and training sessions on policy updates.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to promote HR initiatives.
  • Monitor policy adherence and recommend improvements.
  • Prepare reports on policy impact and employee feedback.
Job Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or related field
  • CIPD qualification is preferred
  • HR Policy Development Strong expertise in developing and implementing HR policies.
  • Employment Law In-depth knowledge of employment legislation and compliance.
  • Auditing Skills Experience in conducting HR audits and compliance assessments.
  • Communication Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Analytical Thinking Strong analytical skills for policy assessment and evaluation.
  • Interpersonal Skills Proficient in building relationships and engaging with employees.
  • CIPD Level 5 Diploma in Human Resource Management
  • Advanced Certificate in HR Management
  • English (Fluent)
Advantageous
  • Experience with employee engagement strategies: Knowledge of methods to enhance employee involvement and satisfaction.
  • Familiarity with HR software: Experience with HRIS systems or similar software applications.
