Job Description

As an Operations Coordinator at General Manufacturing Company, you will be pivotal in ensuring smooth operations across departments. Your role will involve coordinating logistics, managing inventory, and improving operational processes to enhance productivity and efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Oversee inventory management and coordinate with suppliers to optimise stock levels.
• Facilitate communication between production, quality control, and logistics teams.
• Identify bottlenecks and propose solutions to enhance operational efficiency.
• Assist in budget management and cost control measures.
• Implement and maintain documentation of operational procedures.
• Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with industry standards.
• Support the Operations Manager in project management tasks.
• Drive initiatives to improve employee engagement and workplace satisfaction.

Requirements

Education

• Degree in Supply Chain Management or Logistics preferred
• Certifications in Operations Management are a plus

Experience

• 5+ years of relevant experience in manufacturing or similar environment
