You will be responsible for diagnosing and resolving technical issues, assisting clients through various communication channels, and ensuring satisfaction with our services.

Responsibilities

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Information Systems
  • IT certifications such as Microsoft Certified: Azure Fundamentals are a plus
Experience
  • 2+ years of experience in a help desk or IT support environment
