Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Rib Knitter to join our team. The Rib Knitter will be responsible for operating knitting machines to create ribbed knit fabrics. The ideal candidate should have thorough knowledge of various knitting techniques and a strong attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Utilize various knitting machines to produce high-quality fabrics.
• Conduct adjustments for yarn tension and achieve desired patterns.
• Maintain effective communication with team members to streamline production.
• Identify and rectify machine issues swiftly to minimize downtime.
• Support the training of junior operators to uphold production standards.
• Participate in continuous improvement processes to enhance operations.
• Document any defects or production variances for quality assurance.
• Adhere strictly to workplace safety protocols.

Requirements

Education

• Qualification in textile production or related field is desirable.

Experience

• Experience in a textile manufacturing environment is preferred.
