Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our Coventry team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, assisting them with inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner. Requirements

Education
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Any relevant certifications are advantageous
Experience
  • 2+ years of experience in customer service roles
