Job Description

As a Clinical Operations Analyst, you will play a critical role in the planning and execution of clinical trials. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with industry regulations and to support data integrity and patient safety. This role is ideal for a proactive individual with a strong analytical mindset.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate clinical trial activities and ensure proper adherence to protocols.
• Facilitate communication between study teams and external stakeholders.
• Assist in the preparation of regulatory submissions and audits.
• Collect, validate, and analyse clinical data for accuracy.
• Prepare study progress reports for internal and external use.
• Train and mentor new team members on clinical trial procedures.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within clinical operations.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, or a related field
• Master's degree or relevant certification is an advantage

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in clinical trials or a related field

Certifications

• Certified Clinical Research Associate (CCRA)

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Experience in site management: Previous experience managing clinical sites for trials.
