You will focus on client acquisition and retention, working collaboratively with various teams to deliver tailored solutions. Responsibilities

  • Prospect and qualify leads to generate new business.
  • Prepare and submit proposals and contracts.
  • Monitor competitor activity and provide insights to management.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to enhance client experience.
  • Utilize data analytics to drive sales performance.
  • Attend industry events to network and enhance brand presence.
  • Follow-up with leads post-presentation to ensure conversion.
  • Train and mentor junior sales staff as necessary.
  • Document all sales activities and maintain accurate records.
  • Provide feedback to product teams based on client interactions.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Management or relevant field
  • MBA is a plus
Experience
  • 4+ years of proven sales experience
