As a Gofer, you will play a pivotal role in supporting our operations by handling various tasks and errands efficiently. This position requires excellent organisational skills and the ability to work independently as well as collaboratively.

Responsibilities

• Pick up and deliver various items to customers.
• Handle cash and card payments from customers.
• Communicate effectively with customers to ensure a smooth delivery experience.
• Resolve any customer issues and provide exceptional service.
• Keep accurate records of deliveries and maintain a timely schedule.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Team Leader.
