As a Gofer, you will play a pivotal role in supporting our operations by handling various tasks and errands efficiently. This position requires excellent organisational skills and the ability to work independently as well as collaboratively.
Responsibilities
Pick up and deliver various items to customers.
Handle cash and card payments from customers.
Communicate effectively with customers to ensure a smooth delivery experience.
Resolve any customer issues and provide exceptional service.
Keep accurate records of deliveries and maintain a timely schedule.
Perform other duties as assigned by the Team Leader.

Customer Service Experience: Prior experience in customer-facing roles is preferred.
