Shoe Machine Operators and Tenders

Job Description

We are seeking motivated Shoe Machine Operators and Tenders to join our production team. In this role, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining various shoe manufacturing machinery, ensuring high standards of quality and efficiency in production.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and operate all shoe production machinery.
• Inspect finished products for quality and consistency.
• Participate in team meetings to discuss production goals.
• Document production output and machine maintenance logs.
• Assist in stock management of materials for production.
• Identify and report any defective products or issues during production.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives.
• Follow all health and safety guidelines to ensure a safe work environment.
• Maintain effective communication with supervisors and colleagues.

Requirements

Education

• High School Diploma or equivalent

Experience

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a manufacturing environment is preferred.

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous
