Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Electric Motor Repairing Supervisor to oversee and coordinate our motor repair activities. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background in electric motor repair, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to effectively manage a team.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the repair team, ensuring adherence to high quality and safety standards.
• Schedule and prioritize repair jobs to meet customer needs effectively.
• Conduct inspections of repaired motors to ensure they meet industry standards.
• Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers for efficient parts procurement.
• Keep detailed records of repairs, including parts used and time spent per task.
• Implement training programs for team skill enhancement and compliance.
• Evaluate team performance and implement corrective measures as necessary.
• Foster a positive work environment focused on teamwork and innovation.

Requirements

Education

• Technical certification or diploma in electrical engineering or related field
• Supervisory or leadership training is preferred

Experience

• Prior experience in a supervisory or leadership role.
