We are seeking a passionate Agricultural Equipment Test Engineer to join our team in Birmingham. Your primary focus will be to conduct thorough testing and evaluation of various agricultural machinery, ensuring they meet our exceptional quality and safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate agricultural machinery performance through rigorous field tests.
• Analyse data and communicate findings to the engineering team.
• Implement and maintain test procedures, protocols, and standards.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to improve product quality.
• Ensure adherence to safety and compliance requirements.
• Support sales and marketing teams with technical insights.
• Provide training and guidance to team members on testing protocols.
• Participate in troubleshooting efforts for production defects.
• Contribute to improving testing equipment and methodologies.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering preferred

Experience

• At least 5 years of experience in testing agricultural equipment.
