Job Description

As a Beekeeper at Bee Harmony Ltd., you'll manage and care for beehives, ensuring the health of honey bee colonies and producing high-quality honey. Your role is vital in supporting local ecosystems and sustainable agriculture.

Responsibilities

  • Lead daily operations of the service team, fostering a culture of safety and excellence.
  • Coordinate service schedules to meet customer demand efficiently.
  • Conduct inspections and troubleshoot issues with water softener systems.
  • Provide ongoing training to team members on best practices for service delivery.
  • Interact with clients to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Evaluate team performance and implement coaching strategies as needed.
  • Keep up-to-date with industry standards and innovations to enhance service offerings.

Requirements

Education
  • Technical diploma or equivalent experience in a relevant field
  • Additional certification in management is a plus
Experience
  • 5+ years in the maintenance and operation of water treatment systems.
Technical Skills
  • Strong technical knowledge of water treatment processes
  • Proficient with diagnostic tools
Soft Skills
  • Good customer service orientation
  • Strong organizational abilities
Certifications
  • City & Guilds Level 3 Certificate in Water Treatment
  • IOSH Managing Safely Certification
Languages
  • English: Fluent
