Job Description

As a First-Line Supervisor of Protective Service Workers, you will oversee a dedicated team of security personnel, ensuring all safety protocols are adhered to while fostering a secure environment. Your leadership will be crucial in navigating security challenges and implementing effective strategies to mitigate risks.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee the daily activities of the security personnel.
  • Develop security policies and procedures to align with best practices.
  • Conduct training sessions for staff to address new security protocols.
  • Evaluate and respond to potential security threats proactively.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of security incidents.
  • Coordinate with other departments to assess safety needs.
  • Implement staff schedules and manage shift rotations effectively.
  • Assist in conducting security audits and risk assessments.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to all personnel and visitors.
  • Promote a culture of safety and security within the team.

Requirements

Education
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Additional certifications in security management preferred
Experience
  • Minimum of 5 years in security operations, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
