Job Description

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Missionary to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for spreading the gospel and aiding in community development initiatives both locally and internationally.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate evangelistic strategies to engage communities in the UK and abroad.
• Conduct discipleship programs to support the spiritual growth of new believers.
• Lead outreach initiatives and events to connect with local communities.
• Foster partnerships with other NGOs and community groups for collaborative efforts.
• Train and equip teams for effective outreach and ministry work.
• Assess community needs and adapt strategies accordingly.
• Engage in public speaking and teaching to share biblical teachings.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Community Development, or related field

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in missions or community service

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Public Speaking Experience: Experience in delivering sermons or speeches at events.
