We are looking for a highly enthusiastic and friendly individual to join our team as a Theater Usher. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring a positive and enjoyable theater experience for all patrons.

Responsibilities

• Assist patrons with seating and ensure they are comfortable.
• Provide detailed information on show timings and facilities.
• Engage with customers to enhance their experience.
• Work alongside team members to maintain theater property.
• Document any incidents or issues during performances to management.
• Encourage feedback from patrons for service improvement.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent

Experience

• Previous experience in customer service is advantageous.

Technical Skills

• Cash Handling
• Communication Devices Operation

Soft Skills

• Teamwork

Certifications

• First Aid and CPR certification

Languages

• English: Fluent
• French: Conversational
