Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Hairspring Truer to ensure the highest level of accuracy in our luxury timepieces. You will be responsible for performing precision adjustments on watch hairsprings, requiring a keen eye for detail and a deep understanding of horology.

Responsibilities

• Identify and rectify any abnormalities or irregularities in hairsprings.
• Collaborate with other departments to align production schedules and quality checks.
• Maintain and calibrate specialized tools and equipment used for truing.
• Keep accurate records of all truing activities for compliance and reporting.
• Engage in professional development to stay abreast of new industry technologies.

Requirements

Education

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Professional training or certification in watchmaking or horology

Experience

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in hairspring truing within the watchmaking industry.
