Job Description

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Sorter to join our team. The primary responsibility of the Sorter will be to accurately sort and organize recyclable materials based on specific criteria. The successful candidate will possess a keen eye for detail and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Perform sorting and separation of materials accurately and efficiently.
• Label sorted items correctly for proper recycling processes.
• Conduct regular checks for damaged or defective items.
• Keep the sorting stations clean and organized.
• Work with the team to meet daily operational objectives.
• Ensure all safety protocols are strictly followed.
• Document sorting metrics and report discrepancies.
• Assist with stock management and replenishment processes as needed.
• Utilize sorting machinery when required.
• Maintain compliance with company policies and industry regulations.

Requirements

Education

• No formal qualifications required.

Experience

• Prior experience in a sorting or warehouse role is preferred but not essential.
