Hand Picker

Job Description

We are seeking dedicated Hand Pickers to join our friendly team in Manchester. You will be responsible for picking and packing household products efficiently and accurately. This role requires physical stamina and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Receive and process incoming stock and materials.
• Fill orders accurately and efficiently to meet shipping deadlines.
• Inspect products for any defects or damages before packaging.
• Keep the warehouse area tidy and orderly.
• Collaborate with team members to meet daily productivity targets.
• Report any issues or discrepancies to the Warehouse Supervisor.

Requirements

Education

• No formal qualifications required
• Basic numeracy and literacy skills preferred

Experience

• Previous experience in a warehouse or similar environment is preferred.

Technical Skills

• Attention to detail
• Physical fitness

Soft Skills

• Good communication
• Flexibility

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Experience with warehouse equipment: Familiarity with using pallet jacks and other warehouse tools is advantageous.
