Job Description

As an Employee Advisor, you'll play a crucial role in providing HR support to our employees. You'll handle complex employee relations cases and provide clear guidance on HR policies and procedures, ensuring a fair and supportive environment for all staff.

Responsibilities

  • Provide tailored HR support and solutions to employees and management.
  • Conduct exit interviews and provide feedback to management.
  • Help develop and implement training programmes for employee development.
  • Monitor and report on employee satisfaction and engagement levels.
  • Review and update HR policies in accordance with legislation and best practices.
  • Actively participate in HR projects and initiatives to enhance employee experience.
  • Advocate for a diverse and inclusive workplace culture.
  • Assist in managing employee benefits and payroll queries.
  • Contribute to internal communications regarding HR updates and initiatives.

Requirements

Education
  • Level 5 CIPD qualification (or higher)
  • A degree in Human Resources Management is advantageous
Experience
  • Minimum 3 years' experience in an HR advisory role
