Job Description
As an HR Analyst at Tech Innovations Inc., you will play a pivotal role in supporting our HR department by analysing data, implementing HR initiatives, and enhancing employee engagement.
Responsibilities
Evaluate HR data to support management decisions.
Help streamline recruitment and onboarding processes.
Participate in the creation and review of HR policies.

Requirements
Education
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
Master's degree preferred
Experience
3+ years of experience in HR analytics or a similar role
