Job Description

As an HR Analyst at Tech Innovations Inc., you will play a pivotal role in supporting our HR department by analysing data, implementing HR initiatives, and enhancing employee engagement.

Responsibilities

  • Evaluate HR data to support management decisions.
  • Help streamline recruitment and onboarding processes.
  • Participate in the creation and review of HR policies.
  • Assist with employee engagement and retention strategies.
  • Provide insights through metrics to monitor workforce trends.
  • Maintain up-to-date employee databases and records.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
  • Master's degree preferred
Experience
  • 3+ years of experience in HR analytics or a similar role
