Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Human Resources Manager to lead our HR initiatives in Liverpool. This role will be crucial in developing and implementing HR policies that support our organisational goals and enhance employee satisfaction.
Responsibilities
Implement company-wide HR strategies and initiatives.
Support talent management and succession planning.
Monitor and report on HR metrics and key performance indicators.
Develop and manage onboarding processes for new hires.
Collaborate with department heads to align HR practices with business objectives.
Assist in the administration of benefits programs.
Foster a safe and inclusive workplace for all employees.
Lead HR projects and initiatives as required.
Provide guidance on employee relations matters.
Requirements
Education
Master's degree in Human Resources or related field
Experience
6+ years of HR experience, including managerial roles
