Job Description

As a Remote Sensing Technician, you will be pivotal in the maintenance, repair, and troubleshooting of unmanned aircraft systems (UAS). You will ensure the safe and efficient operation of UAS, contributing to the success across various industries.

Responsibilities

• Oversee maintenance schedules and ensure adherence to timelines.
• Diagnose and repair UAS technical malfunctions promptly.
• Work closely with the design team to improve UAS functionality.
• Assist in the development of training material for UAS operation.
• Maintain an inventory of spare parts and report shortages.
• Ensure accurate documentation is kept for all maintenance work.
• Monitor system performance and report on operational efficiency.
• Collaborate on R&D projects to introduce innovative techniques.
• Provide input on upgrades and enhancements to existing systems.
• Establish a safety-first culture across maintenance operations.

Requirements

Education

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Certifications in electrical systems are preferred
• Experience in avionics will be an advantage

Experience

• A minimum of 2 years in relevant role

• Understanding of automotive systems
• Calibration skills

Certifications

• Drone Pilot Certification

Languages

• English: Fluent
