We are seeking a passionate Non-Profit Coordinator to join our dynamic team in Swansea. This role involves managing community projects, developing relationships with stakeholders, and driving fundraising efforts.

Job Responsibilities
  • Oversee the execution of community outreach projects and events.
  • Maintain relationships with current donors and seek new funding sources.
  • Conduct community assessments and research strategies.
  • Coordinate with team members to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Draft and optimise reports and budgets for projects.
  • Implement training sessions for volunteers and staff.
  • Evaluate project outcomes to inform future initiatives.
Job Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Non-Profit Management, Social Work, or related field
  • Master's degree is a plus
  • Project Management Skilled in managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Fundraising Experience in planning and executing fundraising initiatives.
  • Community Engagement Proven ability to engage with diverse community groups.
  • Communication Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Budget Management Experience in managing project budgets effectively.
  • Volunteer Management Skilled in recruiting and managing volunteers.
  • Leadership Strong leadership qualities and ability to inspire others.
  • Problem-solving Adept at identifying challenges and developing solutions.
  • Teamwork Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • PRINCE2 Certification
  • Community Development Certification
  • English (Fluent)
Advantageous
  • Understanding of non-profit regulations and compliance: Knowledge of laws and regulations governing non-profit organisations.
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools: Experience using analytics to measure project impacts and effectiveness.
