Job Description
We are seeking a passionate Non-Profit Coordinator to join our dynamic team in Swansea. This role involves managing community projects, developing relationships with stakeholders, and driving fundraising efforts.
Responsibilities
Oversee the execution of community outreach projects and events.
Maintain relationships with current donors and seek new funding sources.
Conduct community assessments and research strategies.
Coordinate with team members to ensure successful project delivery.
Draft and optimise reports and budgets for projects.
Implement training sessions for volunteers and staff.
Evaluate project outcomes to inform future initiatives.
Requirements
Education
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Social Sciences or Community Development
Master's degree in a related field is preferred
Experience
3+ years of experience in a similar role within a non-profit organisation
