Job Description

We are looking for a Land Inspector to join our team in Salisbury. This role involves conducting land assessments, reviewing development plans, and ensuring compliance with local regulations. The ideal candidate should have a keen eye for detail and a strong understanding of land use policies.

Responsibilities

  • Lead safety meetings and communicate safety expectations to all site personnel.
  • Assess risks and hazards on construction sites and implement corrective measures.
  • Prepare and present safety reports to management and regulatory bodies.
  • Promote a culture of safety and continuous improvement throughout the organisation.
  • Ensure the correct use of personal protective equipment (PPE) by all workers.
  • Monitor and report on safety performance metrics.

Requirements

Education
  • NEBOSH Diploma in Occupational Health and Safety
  • Master's in Occupational Health and Safety is a plus
Experience
  • 5+ years of experience in health and safety management in construction settings
