Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Electric Motor Repairing Supervisor to lead our team of technicians. The ideal candidate will possess excellent technical skills and the ability to ensure high standards of repair and maintenance for electric motors.
Responsibilities
Lead the repair and maintenance of electric motors, ensuring high-quality service.
Create and manage maintenance schedules while prioritising urgent repairs.
Enforce safety standards and ensure a safe working environment.
Conduct performance reviews and training for team members.
Collaborate with other departments to streamline processes.
Maintain accurate repair documentation and reporting.
Identify areas for improvement in repair processes.
Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients.
Requirements
Education
Relevant technical qualification in electrical engineering or manufacturing.
Experience
At least 5 years in electric motor repair and a supervisory role.
