Job Description

As a Training and Development Specialist at Tech Innovations Inc., you will be responsible for designing, delivering, and evaluating training programs. You will work closely with IT teams and ensure that training initiatives align with the latest industry standards and enhance employee skills.

Requirements

Education

• Master's degree in Education or related field is preferred

Experience

• Proven experience in delivering technical training programs.

Technical Skills

• In-depth technical knowledge in various IT areas (networking, programming)
• Experience with e-learning platforms and tools

Soft Skills

• Effective time management and organizational skills
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport with trainees

Certifications

• Recognized certification in training and instructional design

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Experience in training software development methodologies (Agile, DevOps): Hands-on experience in project-based training approaches.
