Job Description

We are seeking a Big Data Engineer who will be responsible for designing and implementing data pipelines and processing frameworks. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in data architecture, cloud technologies, and machine learning. You'll play a critical role in driving our data strategy and ensuring the accuracy and availability of our data.

Responsibilities

  • Act as a subject matter expert in big data technologies.
  • Evaluate and recommend new tools and technologies to improve data processing capabilities.
  • Develop training materials for team members on tools and technologies.
  • Assist in the deployment of machine learning models into production environments.
  • Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to engineering best practices.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or a related field
  • Master's degree in Data Science is preferred
Experience
  • 5+ years of experience in a data engineering role
