Job Description

As a First-Line Supervisor of Gambling Services Workers, you will oversee the gambling floor, ensuring that all operations run smoothly and that all employees provide excellent customer service. Your role is vital in maintaining a clean, safe, and organized environment for all patrons and staff.

Responsibilities

  • Lead a team of gambling services workers, ensuring efficient operations.
  • Conduct regular inspections of the gaming floor to maintain cleanliness.
  • Monitor staff performance and provide feedback as necessary.
  • Enforce compliance with company policies and health regulations.
  • Handle customer service issues swiftly and courteously.
  • Assist with the setup and removal of displays and promotional materials.
  • Train staff on customer service standards and operational procedures.
  • Generate reports on floor activity and employee performance.
  • Coordinate with other supervisors to ensure a cohesive work environment.
  • Participate in daily briefings with management.

Requirements

Education
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Experience in the gambling or hospitality industry preferred
Experience
  • 1-3 years of supervisory experience preferred in a related field.
