Job Description

As a Heat Treating Equipment Setter, Operator, and Tender, your primary role will be to operate industrial burner systems efficiently and safely. You will monitor combustion processes whilst ensuring compliance with safety regulations.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate burner systems in the manufacturing process.
• Regularly assess equipment performance and implement necessary adjustments.
• Carry out maintenance tasks to prolong the life of the systems.
• Collaborate with the engineering team to improve operational efficiency.
• Train new operators on safety and operational protocols.
• Assist in troubleshooting equipment issues and implementing solutions.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent

Experience

• 1-3 years of experience operating industrial burner systems preferred.

Technical Skills

• Mechanical aptitude
• Analytical skills
• Technical manual reading

Soft Skills

• Communication
• Attention to detail

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Experience with specific burner systems: Familiarity with various types of burner systems and their intricacies.
