Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Examine animals to assess their health and diagnose diseases.
  • Perform routine surgeries and emergency procedures.
  • Implement treatment plans and provide follow-up care.
  • Educate pet owners about preventive care and wellness practices.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • Work closely with a team to ensure a high standard of care.
  • Engage in continuous professional development and training.
  • Contribute to the clinic's efforts in community education and outreach.
  • Participate in case discussions and clinical meetings.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor of Veterinary Medicine (BVetMed) or equivalent
  • Membership in the Royal College of Veterinary Surgeons (MRCVS)
Experience
  • Minimum of 2 years experience in veterinary practice
