Responsibilities

• Develop and validate analytical methods for pharmaceutical products.
• Collaborate with external partners on research initiatives.
• Contribute to team meetings to discuss project progress and objectives.
• Provide training and mentorship to junior scientists.
• Participate in the preparation of scientific publications.

Requirements

Education

• PhD in Pharmaceutical Sciences or related field
• Master's degree in Chemistry or Biochemistry is preferred

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in drug research and development

Certifications

• European Certificate in Pharmaceutical Medicine
• Clinical Research Associate (CRA) certified

Languages

• English: Fluent

• Familiar with laboratory automation systems: Experience working with automated systems for drug development.
