Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Solar Energy Technician to join our Coventry team. In this role, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and troubleshooting solar energy systems, helping to foster sustainable energy solutions.

Responsibilities

• Conduct site assessments to evaluate solar energy potential.
• Install, repair, and replace solar systems as needed.
• Monitor performance metrics and report findings back to the team.
• Educate clients on the benefits and workings of solar technology.
• Collaborate with local authorities to ensure compliance with building codes.
• Document installation processes and maintain inventory of equipment.
• Participate in ongoing training and development programs.
• Assist with project management tasks when necessary.

Requirements

Education

• Degree in Renewable Energy or Environmental Engineering is advantageous

Experience

• 2+ years of hands-on experience in solar technology
