Job Description

As a Gaming Cage Worker, you will manage cash transactions, including exchanging cash for chips, processing payouts, and maintaining customer transaction records. This role is crucial in ensuring a seamless experience for our patrons.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure all incoming orders are processed in a timely manner.
  • Work closely with the sales team to support customer inquiries and needs.
  • Implement solutions to improve order processing efficiency.
  • Participate in team meetings to discuss process improvements.
  • Address and resolve any issues that arise during the order process.
  • Maintain a high level of accuracy in all order-related tasks.
  • Provide exceptional service to build lasting relationships with customers.

Requirements

Education
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is a plus
Experience
  • Minimum of 2 years in order processing or customer service.
