Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented Data Entry Clerk to join our administrative team in Leeds. The ideal candidate will be responsible for accurate data entry, ensuring that all information is correctly logged and maintained in our database systems. This role requires strong attention to detail and the ability to work efficiently under deadlines.

Responsibilities

  • Accurately enter data into company systems and databases.
  • Identify and rectify any data entry errors.
  • Prepare and maintain reports related to data entry activities.
  • Support the administrative team with various projects.
  • Actively participate in team meetings and brainstorming sessions.
  • Communicate promptly with colleagues regarding data-related inquiries.
  • Follow established procedures for data management.
  • Assist in training new staff in data entry procedures.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Administration or relevant field
  • Additional qualifications in data management are beneficial
Experience
  • 2-3 years of experience in data entry or administrative roles
