Job Description

As a Hospitality Manager, you will oversee all aspects of operations within our establishment, ensuring a high level of service for our guests. This role requires a hands-on approach in staff management, budget management, and creating a welcoming environment.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain hotel budgets, ensuring profitability.
  • Implement staff training programmes to enhance service quality.
  • Handle guest feedback and implement improvements.
  • Monitor the hotel’s competitive landscape and identify trends.
  • Ensure effective communication within the team and across departments.
  • Organise and plan events, ensuring all details are executed seamlessly.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
