Job Responsibilities
  • Manage the product portfolio and determine product enhancements based on customer feedback.
  • Create competitive analysis to benchmark product offerings.
  • Work with sales teams to develop training and enablement materials.
  • Monitor industry trends and technologies to guide product strategy.
  • Engage with customers and stakeholders to gather insights and validate product decisions.
Job Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
  • Master's degree preferred
  • Product Strategy Strong skills in defining and executing product strategies.
  • Market Research Proficient in conducting qualitative and quantitative market research.
  • Leadership Proven leadership abilities to motivate and inspire teams.
  • Communication Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Analytical Thinking Strong problem-solving and analytical skills to interpret data.
  • Product Management Certification
  • Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP)
  • English (Fluent)
Advantageous
  • Experience with Agile methodologies: Familiarity with Agile practices and frameworks in product management.
  • Technical background in software development: Understanding of software development processes and technologies.
