Job Description

Join our dedicated team as a Pediatrician, where you will specialize in providing medical care for infants, children, and adolescents. This role requires a strong commitment to patient care and an ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team.

Responsibilities

  • Assess and treat patients aged 0 to 18 years.
  • Incorporate family values and beliefs into healthcare planning.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives within the department.
  • Advocate for children’s health issues in the community.
  • Coordinate with specialists for comprehensive patient care.
  • Ensure proper follow-up with patients post-treatment.
  • Participate in educational workshops and training upon request.
  • Engage in public health initiatives aimed at improving child health.
  • Maintain continuity of care for pediatric patients.
  • Document patient care activities clearly and concisely.

Requirements

Education
  • Medical degree (MD) with a specialization in Pediatrics
  • Current GMC registration and license to practice
  • Completion of a relevant pediatric training programme
Experience
  • 2-5 years of experience in a pediatric clinical setting
