Job Description

As a Drawing Checker, you will play a vital role in our Engineering Design team. Your core responsibility will be to review technical drawings to ensure accuracy, compliance with industry standards, and effective communication with engineers and designers.

Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough reviews of technical drawings for accuracy and completeness.
• Ensure drawings adhere to relevant industry standards and client specifications.
• Identify and rectify errors or potential design flaws.
• Work closely with team members to ensure timely and precise drawing corrections.
• Maintain documentation on drawing revisions and quality assessments.
• Provide feedback to drafting teams for continuous improvement in drawing quality.
• Monitor advancements in drawing technologies and industry best practices.
• Assist in maintaining a repository of technical documentation.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field
• Additional certification in drawing standards and practices preferred

Experience

• Demonstrated experience in drawing quality assurance roles

Technical Skills

• Knowledge of Engineering Standards
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite

Soft Skills

• Team Collaboration

Certifications

• Certified Quality Improvement Associate (CQIA)
• Safety Management Certification

Languages

• English: Fluent
