Job Description

Join our dynamic team as an Event Manager where you will be responsible for coordinating and executing high-profile events. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in event management and a knack for detail-oriented planning.

Responsibilities

  • Create detailed event plans, including timelines, budgets, and venue requirements.
  • Supervise and mentor junior event staff and interns.
  • Negotiate contracts with vendors to secure the best rates and services.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations during events.
  • Develop and deliver presentations to clients on event concepts and proposals.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field
  • Event Planning Certification is preferred
Experience
  • Minimum 4 years of experience in event coordination or related roles
