Join our vibrant team as a Gambling Change Person or Booth Cashier, where you'll be at the forefront of customer interactions. Your role will entail processing cash transactions efficiently while assisting customers with their queries and maintaining a tidy shop floor.

Responsibilities

  • Handle cash and card payments competently.
  • Greet customers warmly and assist with their needs.
  • Ensure the booth is welcoming and well-presented.
  • Work collaboratively with the retail team.
  • Keep track of inventory at the booth and coordinate with management.
  • Uphold health and safety standards in the workplace.

Requirements

Education
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
Experience
  • Prior experience in retail or customer service roles is advantageous.
